Brief:

Channel 5 wanted to give the viewers of their latest series of Celebrity Big Brother the opportunity to win a 5 star celebrity style holiday to a luxurious destination. The competition was to air 3 times a week to an average audience of 2million. The client required a donor for the holiday along with eye-catching images and footage, of the proposed resort, to be used in a broadcast competition.

Solution:

Opening the IMS little black book of luxury contacts we were able to secure a money-can’t-buy V-VIP holiday to the Maldives for our client Channel 5. The holiday comprised an incredible 7- night stay in a luxurious water-villa in the Maldives with full-board accommodation. The winner and guest would also be treated to airport transfers by sea plane, private two-tiered sundeck complete with Jacuzzi & sun loungers, spa treatments and a sunset cruise – not to mention first class flights!

Finishing Touch:

IMS managed to secure a notable discount for Channel 5, for the holiday prize, bringing the promotional project well under the original budget.

Results:

With an average viewing audience of approximately 3.5 million tuning in to watch this programme, this competition was a great success!
