Brief:

Molson Coors wanted IMS to create a range of global travel incentives for sales staff who were rewarded for hitting targets. Molson Coors wanted the destinations to reflect the core values of each of their beer brands. These destinations included ‘Discover Your Own Private Paradise with Singha Beer’, an ‘Indian Tiger Experience with Cobra Beer’, ‘Enjoy Amazing Aspen with Coors Light’, ‘Escape To Mexico with Corona’ and ‘Experience Canada’s Wilderness’.

Solution:

Each of our suggested destinations featured WOW elements that made the guests feel connected to the brand and destination. These stand out additions included a Thai cooking experience on a desert island and travelling to Kahna National Park an area protected under Project Tiger, which aims to preserve these magnificent animals.

In Aspen, for the Coors Light team, fresh tracks skiing was on offer, giving guests the exclusive chance to ski on untouched runs – a money-can’t-buy experience. In true après ski style the winners enjoyed a Coors Beer by the fire whilst soaking in the stunning mountain scenery.

Results:

This campaign aided higher productivity and generated 44% uplift in profits. Happy staff meant satisfied customers!
